학교보건법 제8조의2(등교 중지를 위한 개인정보의 처리 등)

교육부장관, 관계 중앙행정기관(그 소속기관을 포함한다)의 장, 교육감 및 학교의 장은 제8조제2항에 따른 등교 중지를 위하여 필요한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제24조에 따른 고유식별정보를 처리할 수 있다. 이 경우 개인정보의 보호에 관한 사항은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따른다.
