하천편입토지 보상 등에 관한 특별조치법 제6조(보상액평가의 기준 등)

① 제2조에 따른 보상에 대한 평가는 제5조에 따라 보상청구절차를 통지 또는 공고한 날의 가격을 기준으로 하되, 편입당시의 지목 및 토지이용상황, 해당 토지에 대한 공법상의 제한, 현재의 토지이용상황 및 유사한 인근 토지의 정상가격 등을 고려하여야 한다.

② 제2조에 따른 보상의 청구절차ㆍ산정방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
