하천법 제57조(하천수 분쟁조정비용의 부담)

①분쟁조정을 위한 조사ㆍ용역 등에 든 비용은 신청인이 부담한다. 다만, 조정이 성립된 경우로서 특약이 없는 때에는 당사자가 균등하게 부담한다.
