하수도법 시행규칙 제39조(분뇨의 수집ㆍ운반 및 처리기준)

1. 분뇨는 흡인식(吸引式) 장비로 수집할 것. 다만, 흡인식 장비를 사용하기 어려운 지역에서는 수거식(收去式) 장비로 수집할 수 있다.
