하수도법 시행규칙 제17조(공사중지명령 대상)

법 제25조제1항제3호에 따라 공공하수도 설치에 관한 인가권자는 사정이 변경되어 인가내용을 변경할 필요가 있을 경우에는 그 공사의 중지ㆍ변경이나 그 밖의 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다. 이 경우 공공하수도관리청의 의견을 미리 들어야 한다.
