포항지진의 진상조사 및 피해구제 등을 위한 특별법 시행령 제22조(부당이득의 환수 방법)

① 국가는 법 제35조제1항에 따라 부당이득을 환수하는 경우에는 부당이득 사실, 부당이득 금액 및 산출근거, 납부기한, 납부계좌 및 이의신청방법 등을 명시하여 지원금을 지급받은 자에게 서면으로 통지해야 한다.

② 국가는 제1항에 따라 통지를 받은 자가 납부기한까지 부당이득 금액을 완납하지 않았을 때에는 30일 이내의 기한을 정하여 독촉해야 한다.
