평생교육법 시행규칙 제17조의2(원격평생교육시설의 변경신고 등)

① 영 제49조의2에 따라 원격평생교육시설 변경신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제17호의2서식의 평생교육시설 변경신고서에 변경사항별로 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 교육감에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 교육감은 제1항에 따른 변경신고서를 받으면 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 해당 시설의 건축물대장 등본 및 토지대장 등본의 내용을 확인하여야 한다.

③ 교육감은 제1항에 따른 변경신고서를 받으면 이를 검토하여 그 결과를 신청인에게 알려야 한다. 이 경우 명칭이나 위치의 변경신고에 해당하면 제17조제4항에 따른 원격평생교육시설 신고증을 새로 내주어야 한다.

④ 교육감은 제3항에 따라 검토한 결과 변경신고에 해당하면 별지 제16호서식의 원격평생교육시설 신고(변경신고)대장에 변경사항을 적어야 한다.
