특정연구기관 육성법 제2조(특정연구기관)

이 법에 따라 정부의 보호ㆍ육성을 받을 수 있는 연구기관은 특별법에 따라 설립된 연구기관과 재단법인인 연구기관으로서 대통령령으로 지정하는 연구기관(이하 "특정연구기관"이라 한다)으로 한다.
