Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, Article 12 (Evasion of Law for the Benefit of Foreigners)

외국인에 의한 취득이 금지 또는 제한된 재산권을 외국인을 위하여 외국인의 자금으로 취득한 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 처벌한다.

1. 재산권의 가액이 1억원 이상인 경우에는 무기 또는 10년 이상의 징역에 처한다.
