특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조의15(신고의 유효기간)

① 법 제7조제6항에 따라 가상자산사업자 신고의 유효기간은 신고를 수리한 날부터 3년으로 한다. 다만, 제2항에 따라 갱신신고서가 제출된 경우로서 법 제7조제3항에 따른 불수리 사유에 대한 심사에 상당한 기간이 걸리는 등 불가피한 사유로 유효기간이 만료된 후에 갱신 신고의 수리 여부가 통보된 경우에는 그 수리 여부가 통보된 날에 유효기간이 만료하는 것으로 본다. <개정 2024.3.26>

② 법 제7조제6항 후단에 따라 신고를 갱신하려는 자는 금융정보분석원장이 정하여 고시하는 갱신신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 유효기간이 만료되기 45일 전까지 금융정보분석원장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2026.8.18>

③ 금융정보분석원장은 법 제7조제6항 후단에 따른 신고의 갱신에 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 가상자산사업자에게 그 유효기간 만료시까지 신고를 갱신하지 않으면 갱신을 받을 수 없다는 사실과 그 절차에 관한 사항을 미리 알릴 수 있다.
