Enforcement Decree of the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information, Article 10-13 (Ex Officio Cancellation of Reports, etc.)

① 금융정보분석원장은 법 제7조제4항에 따라 신고 또는 변경신고를 직권으로 말소하는 경우 서면(전자문서를 포함한다)으로 그 사실 및 사유를 신고인에게 알려야 한다.

② 법 제7조제4항제1호 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 가상자산사업자의 정보보호관리체계인증 갱신 신청에 대해 가상자산사업자의 책임 없는 사유로 그 갱신 여부가 결정되지 않은 경우를 말한다.
