특수임무유공자 예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제53조(대부의 승계)

① 대부를 받은 사람이 그 대부금의 상환기간 중에 사망하면 그 대부에 관한 채무는 그 상속인에게 승계(承繼)된다. <개정 2009.1.30>
