Special Act on Simplification of Land Use Authorization and Permit Procedures, Article 8 (Support for Consultation and Advice)

① 토지이용 인ㆍ허가를 신청하려는 자가 토지이용 인ㆍ허가 요건 및 절차 등에 대하여 상담ㆍ자문을 하려는 경우에는 제15조에 따른 토지이용 인ㆍ허가 전담센터를 방문하거나 제16조에 따른 통합인ㆍ허가지원시스템을 이용하여 상담ㆍ자문을 신청할 수 있다.
