토지이용 인ㆍ허가 절차 간소화를 위한 특별법 제5조(다른 법률과의 관계)

이 법은 제3조 각 호의 법률에 따른 토지이용 인ㆍ허가 절차에 관하여 다른 법률에 우선하여 적용한다. 다만, 「산업집적활성화 및 공장설립에 관한 법률」 등 다른 법률에서 이 법 보다 간소화된 절차 또는 이 법과 유사한 제도를 마련하고 있는 경우에는 이 법의 규정에도 불구하고 그 법률에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
