Special Act on Simplification of Land Use Authorization and Permit Procedures, Article 11 (Consultation Periods for Land Use Authorizations and Permits)

① 토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자, 관계 행정기관의 장 및 유관기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 다음 각 호에서 정한 기간 내에 그 절차를 완료하여야 한다. 이 경우 토지이용 인ㆍ허가 신청인의 관련 서류 보완기간은 해당 기간에서 제외한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
