토지이용규제 기본법 시행령 제9조(토지이용계획확인서의 발급)

① 법 제10조제1항에 따라 토지이용계획확인서의 발급을 신청하려는 자는 특별자치도지사, 시장ㆍ군수(광역시의 관할구역 안에 있는 군의 군수를 포함한다. 이하 같다) 또는 구청장에게 국토교통부령으로 정하는 토지이용계획확인신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다. 이하 같다)를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 토지이용계획확인서의 발급을 신청하려는 자는 법 제10조제1항제2호의 사항을 제외하고 확인하여 주도록 토지이용계획확인신청서를 작성하여 제출할 수 있다.

③ 특별자치도지사, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 토지이용계획확인신청서를 제출받았으면 국토이용정보체계를 활용하여 그 신청인에게 국토교통부령으로 정하는 토지이용계획확인서(전자문서로 된 확인서를 포함한다)를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
