택지개발촉진법 제24조(보고 및 조사 등)

① 지정권자는 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 시행자(지정권자가 시행자인 경우는 제외한다)로 하여금 택지개발사업에 관한 자료를 제출하게 하거나 보고를 하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 제출 자료 및 보고 내용을 검토한 결과 조사목적을 달성하기 어렵다고 인정되는 경우에는 관계 공무원으로 하여금 해당 사업장 등에 출입하여 조사하게 할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따른 조사를 하는 경우에는 조사 7일 전까지 조사 일시, 조사 이유 및 조사 내용 등의 조사계획을 시행자에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우이거나 사전에 알리면 증거인멸 등으로 조사목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

④ 제2항에 따라 택지개발사업에 관한 업무를 검사하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 관계인에게 보여주어야 하며, 출입할 때에는 성명ㆍ출입시간ㆍ출입목적 등이 표시된 문서를 관계인에게 내주어야 한다.
