택지개발촉진법 제19조(택지의 용도)

택지를 공급받은 자(국가, 지방자치단체 및 한국토지주택공사는 제외한다) 또는 그로부터 그 택지를 취득한 자는 실시계획에서 정한 용도에 따라 주택 등을 건설하여야 한다.
