택지개발촉진법 제16조(준공검사)

① 시행자는 택지개발사업을 완료하였을 때에는 지체 없이 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지정권자로부터 준공검사를 받아야 한다.

② 시행자가 제1항에 따라 준공검사를 받았을 때에는 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 해당 사업의 준공검사 또는 준공인가를 받은 것으로 본다.

(2) When웬 a어 developer디^v벨러퍼 has해즈 undergone언더곤 a어 completion컴플리션 inspection인스펙션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 developer디^v벨러퍼 is이즈 deemed딤드 to투 have해^v브 undergone언더곤 the^ð더 completion컴플리션 inspection인스펙션 or오 obtained어브테인드 the^ð더 completion컴플리션 approval어프^r루^v블 for^f포 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 project프^r라젝트 under언더 the^ð디 authorizations오^θ써^r러제이션즈 and앤드 permits.퍼밋츠

③ 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수는 택지개발사업이 준공된 지구에 대하여 제9조제3항에 따라 이미 고시된 실시계획에 포함된 지구단위계획으로 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14>
