택지개발촉진법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 도시지역의 시급한 주택난(住宅難)을 해소하기 위하여 주택건설에 필요한 택지(宅地)의 취득ㆍ개발ㆍ공급 및 관리 등에 관하여 특례를 규정함으로써 국민 주거생활의 안정과 복지 향상에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다.
