친수구역 활용에 관한 특별법 제27조(사업시행자의 지정취소 등)

Special Act on Utilization of Waterfront Areas, Article 27 (Cancellation of Designation of Project Implementers, etc.)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 사업시행자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 사업시행자 지정, 이 법에 따른 승인 또는 허가를 취소하거나, 그 밖에 관련되는 공사의 중지ㆍ변경, 시설 또는 물건의 개축ㆍ변경 또는 이전 등을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2020.5.26, 2025.10.1>

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 이 법에 따른 지정ㆍ허가를 받거나 승인을 받은 경우

4. 제20조제2항에 따른 보완시공 등 필요한 조치 명령을 위반한 경우
