치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제49조(기간의 계산)

① 치료감호의 기간은 치료감호를 집행한 날부터 기산(起算)한다. 이 경우 치료감호 집행을 시작한 첫날은 시간으로 계산하지 아니하고 1일로 산정한다.
