치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제44조의6(치료명령의 집행)

① 치료명령은 검사의 지휘를 받아 보호관찰관이 집행한다.

② 치료명령은 정신건강의학과 전문의의 진단과 약물 투여, 상담 등 치료 및 「정신건강증진 및 정신질환자 복지서비스 지원에 관한 법률」에 따른 정신건강전문요원 등 전문가에 의한 인지행동 치료 등 심리치료 프로그램의 실시 등의 방법으로 집행한다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2017.12.12>

③ 보호관찰관은 치료명령을 받은 사람에게 치료명령을 집행하기 전에 치료기관, 치료의 방법ㆍ내용 등에 관하여 충분히 설명하여야 한다.

④ 그 밖에 치료명령의 집행에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
