치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제44조의7(치료기관의 지정 등)

① 법무부장관은 치료명령을 받은 사람의 치료를 위하여 치료기관을 지정할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 치료기관의 지정기준 등 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
