출판문화산업 진흥법 제9조(신고)

① 출판사를 경영하려는 자는 미리 그 출판사가 있는 곳을 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(이하 자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 "시장등"이라 한다)에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 신고하여야 한다. 신고한 사항을 변경[경영자(법인이나 단체인 경우에는 그 대표자)의 주소를 변경할 경우는 제외한다]할 때에도 미리 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21, 2018.12.24>
