출입국관리법 시행규칙 제69조(동향조사 보고등)

①출입국관리공무원은 영 제91조의 규정에 의한 동향조사의 결과를 외국인동향조사부에 기재하여야 한다.

②청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항에 관하여는 이를 지체 없이 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2018.5.15>

③청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 제1항의 규정에 의한 동향조사의 결과를 분기별로 종합하여 분기 종료후 15일이내에 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>

④청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 외국인동향조사와 관련하여 외국인이 근무하고 있는 기관 또는 단체에 관한 기록을 기재한 외국인관련단체 동향기록표를 비치하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
