축산법 제31조(수입 축산물의 관리)

농림축산식품부장관은 수입 축산물의 관리ㆍ부정유통 방지, 그 밖에 소비자보호를 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정하면 제30조에 따른 추천을 받은 자, 「관세법」 제71조에 따른 할당관세의 적용을 받아 축산물을 수입하는 자 또는 수입된 해당 축산물을 판매 또는 가공하는 자에게 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 명하거나 이에 관한 사항을 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
