이 장의 규정에 의한 등기사항으로서 경찰청장의 인가 또는 승인을 얻어야 할 사항이 있는 때에는 그 인가서 또는 승인서가 도달한 날로부터 등기의 기간을 기산한다. <개정 1991.7.30>
