총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제45조(저장량)

①법 제24조제1항의 규정에 의하여 저장소에 저장할 수 있는 화약류의 저장량은 별표 12와 같다. 다만, 부득이한 사유가 있는 때에는 허가관청의 허가를 받아 그 저장량을 초과하여 저장할 수 있다.

②1급저장소ㆍ2급저장소ㆍ3급저장소 및 간이저장소에 있어서 2종이상의 화약류를 동일한 장소에 저장하는 경우의 저장량은 각각 그 화약류의 수량을 별표 12에 의한 당해화약류의 최대저장량으로 나눈 수의 합계가 1을 초과하지 아니하는 수량으로 한다.
