총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제30조(화약류저장소와 보안물건간의 보안거리)

①화약류저장소는 화약류의 저장량에 따라 그 저장소의 외벽으로부터 보안물건에 이르기까지의 사이에 별표 8에 의한 거리를 두어야 한다.

②제45조제1항 단서의 규정에 의하여 별표 12에 의한 저장량을 초과하여 저장하는 경우의 보안거리는 그 보안물건에 대하여 화약류의 종류에 따라 다음 산식에 의하여 계산한 보안거리를 두어야 한다. ③1급저장소ㆍ2급저장소 및 꽃불류저장소에 있어서 저장소와 제2종 보안물건, 제3종 보안물건 또는 제4종 보안물건 사이에 제42조의 규정에 의한 흙둑을 저장소 지붕 높이의 4분의 5이상의 높이로 쌓은 때에는 제1항의 규정에 불구하고 그 보안거리를 별표 9에 의한 거리로 할 수 있다.

④장난감용 꽃불류저장소에 있어서 저장소와 보안물건 사이에 방화벽을 설치한 때에는 제1항의 규정에 불구하고 그 보안거리를 5미터이상으로 할 수 있다.

⑤보안물건이 화약류저장소의 설치 허가를 받은 사람의 사업을 위한 부속시설인 경우에는 그 보안물건에 대한 보안거리는 제1항의 규정에 불구하고 행정안전부령으로 따로 정할 수 있다. <개정 1999.6.30, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
