Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords and Knives, Explosives, etc., Article 26-2 (Conduct of Safety Education)

① 법 제22조제4항에 따라 총포(엽총 및 공기총으로 한정한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 또는 석궁의 소지허가를 받은 자가 수렵을 하려는 경우에는 수렵을 하기 전에 시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 경찰서장이 실시하는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 안전교육을 받아야 한다. 다만, 법 제22조제1항에 따른 교육을 받은 연도에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2020.12.31>
