총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제33조(교육의 공고 및 수강신청)

①시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 경찰서장은 법 제22조의 규정에 의한 교육을 실시하고자 하는 때에는 교육실시 20일전에 교육의 일시ㆍ장소 그 밖의 교육의 실시에 관하여 필요한 사항을 공고하여야 한다. 다만, 법 제22조제3항의 규정에 의하여 교육을 위탁한 경우로서 항시 교육을 실시하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 1989.3.14, 1991.9.19, 2020.12.31>

② 법 제22조에 따른 교육을 받으려는 사람은 별지 제17호서식의 교육수강신청서를 시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 경찰서장에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 사후교육을 받으려는 사람은 신청서에 사후교육의 사유를 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2010.9.10, 2020.12.31>

③ 제2항에 따른 신청이 있는 경우 시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 경찰서장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 해당 국가기술자격증(총포ㆍ석궁의 소지허가의 경우는 제외한다)을 확인하여야 하며, 신청인이 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 해당 국가기술자격증 사본을 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <신설 2010.9.10, 2020.12.31>
