①법 제12조제1항에 따라 총포의 소지 허가를 받으려는 사람은 별지 제9호서식의 총포 소지 허가 신청서를 허가관청인 시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 경찰서장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1991.9.19, 1996.7.29, 2011.2.22, 2020.12.31>
