총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제16조(판매업 등 허가신청)

①법 제6조제1항에 따라 총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 판매업의 허가를 받고자 하는 사람은 별지 제4호서식의 판매업(임대업) 허가 신청서를 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1990.4.2, 1991.9.19, 1996.7.29, 2016.1.12, 2020.12.31>
