총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제16조의2(판매시설 등 변경허가신청)

① 법 제6조의2 본문에 따른 판매소의 위치ㆍ구조ㆍ시설 또는 설비의 변경허가나 판매하는 총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 종류 변경허가를 받으려는 사람은 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 별지 제4호의2서식의 판매(임대)시설 등의 변경허가 신청서를 판매소의 소재지를 관할하는 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 제출해야 한다.

② 법 제6조의2 단서에서 "행정안전부령으로 정하는 경미한 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.

③ 법 제6조의2 단서에 따라 제2항 각 호에 따른 사항의 변경을 신고하려는 자는 변경 전 별지 제4호의2서식의 판매시설 등 변경신고서를 판매소의 소재지를 관할하는 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 제출해야 한다.

④ 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제3항의 신고서를 접수한 때에는 별지 제4호의3서식의 판매시설 변경신고 접수증을 신고인에게 발급해야 한다.

(4) Upon어판 receipt^r리싯 of어^v브 a어 report^r리포트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3), the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Do시 Provincial프^r러^v빈실 Police펄리스 Agency에이전시 shall섈 issue이슈 a어 receipt^r리싯 of어^v브 report^r리포트 on안 changes체인지즈 to투 sales세일즈 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 in인 Form^f폼 No.노우 4-3 to투 the^ð더 reporter.^r리포터

⑤ 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제4항에 따라 접수한 신고서를 검토하여 신고인이 변경하려는 사항이 제2항 각 호에 해당하지 않는다고 판단되는 경우에는 신고서를 접수한 날부터 10일 이내에 그 이유를 구체적으로 밝혀 해당 신고서를 되돌려 보내야 한다.
