초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제92조의2(고등학교 학생 등에 대한 취학 관리)

① 고등학교의 장은 해당 학교에 재학 중인 학생이 정당한 사유 없이 계속하여 2일 이상 결석하는 경우에는 지체 없이 해당 학생 및 그 보호자에게 결석 사유를 확인하여야 한다.

② 고등학교의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 아동이나 학생의 성명 및 장기결석이나 제적ㆍ자퇴 또는 퇴학 조치된 경과를 교육감에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 고등학교의 장 및 제27조의2제1항에 따라 교육감 소속으로 설치하는 전담기구는 취학 관리를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 해당 학교에 재학 중인 학생 또는 해당 학교에서 제적ㆍ자퇴 또는 퇴학 조치된 아동이나 학생에 관한 다음 각 호의 행정정보를 확인할 수 있다.

④ 제3항에 따라 고등학교의 장 및 제27조의2제1항에 따라 교육감 소속으로 설치하는 전담기구가 제3항제1호에 따른 주민등록전산정보자료를 공동이용하는 경우에는 사용료를 면제한다.
