청소년활동 진흥법 제49조(둘 이상의 시ㆍ군ㆍ구에 걸치는 수련지구의 지정 등)

특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 관할지역이 아닌 인근지역을 포함하여 수련지구로 지정하거나 조성계획을 수립 또는 승인하려는 경우에는 해당 인근지역을 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장과 협의하여야 한다.
