청소년활동 진흥법 제36조의2(인증의 사후 관리)

① 인증위원회는 제36조에 따라 인증을 하는 경우 인증의 유효기간을 설정할 수 있다.

② 인증위원회는 인증수련활동의 실시에 대하여 인증사항의 이행 여부를 확인할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Certification서터^f퍼케이션 Committee커미티 may메이 verify^v베^r러^f파이 whether웨^ð더 the^ð더 certified서터^f파이드 particulars퍼티큘러즈 are아 being비잉 fulfilled^f풀^f필드 in인 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 of어^v브 certified서터^f파이드 training트^r레이닝 activities.액티^v버티즈

③ 인증위원회는 제2항에 따른 확인 결과 인증수련활동의 내용과 실제로 실시되는 청소년수련활동의 내용에 차이가 있는 경우에는 이를 시정하도록 요구할 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 인증의 유효기간, 이행 여부 확인 및 시정 요구에 관하여 필요한 사항은 성평등가족부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
