Youth Activities Promotion Act, Article 36-3 (Revocation, etc. of Certification)

① 인증위원회는 청소년수련활동을 인증받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 인증을 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 인증의 정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호의 경우에는 그 인증을 취소하여야 한다.

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 인증을 받은 경우

2. 인증을 받은 후 정당한 사유 없이 1년 이상 계속하여 인증수련활동을 실시하지 아니한 경우

3. 인증수련활동의 내용과 실제로 실시되는 청소년수련활동의 내용에 중요한 차이가 있는 경우로서 그 원인이 인증받은 자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 인한 경우

② 인증위원회는 인증을 받은 자가 제1항에 따른 정지명령을 위반하여 정지기간 중 인증수련활동을 실시하였을 때에는 그 인증을 취소할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 행정처분의 세부기준은 그 위반행위의 종류와 위반 정도 등을 고려하여 성평등가족부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
