Act on the Establishment and Operation of Executive Agencies, Article 49 (Establishment and Functions of Executive Agency Operation Committee)

① 책임운영기관의 존속 여부 및 제도의 개선 등에 관한 중요 사항을 심의하기 위하여 행정안전부장관 소속으로 책임운영기관운영위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 행정안전부장관은 위원회의 심의 및 제51조에 따른 종합평가 결과를 토대로 재정경제부장관 및 기획예산처장관과 협의하여 소속책임운영기관의 존속 여부 등에 대하여 해당 중앙행정기관의 장에게 권고할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

④ 위원회의 위원장은 중앙책임운영기관의 존속 여부에 대한 심의 및 제51조에 따른 종합평가 결과에 관한 사항에 대하여는 이를 국무총리에게 보고하여야 한다.
