책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제39조(비용부담)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 다음 각 호에 따른 비용을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국가, 지방자치단체, 특정 기관 또는 단체 등 그 비용부담의 원인을 제공한 자에게 부담하도록 할 수 있다.

② 중앙행정기관의 장은 소속책임운영기관의 사업으로 인하여 지방자치단체, 특정 기관 또는 단체 등이 현저한 이익을 얻는 경우에는 그 이익을 얻는 자에게 사업 비용의 일부를 부담하도록 할 수 있다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따라 지방자치단체, 특정 기관 또는 단체 등이 부담하여야 할 비용은 중앙행정기관의 장과 그 지방자치단체, 특정 기관 또는 단체 등이 협의하여 정한다.
