책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제35조(초과수입금의 직접사용)

① 기관장은 특별회계 또는 일반회계의 세입예산을 초과하거나 초과할 것이 예측되는 수입(이하 "초과수입금"이라 한다)이 있는 경우에는 그 초과수입금을 해당 초과수입에 직접 관련되는 경비와 기관의 업무수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경비로서 대통령령으로 정하는 간접경비로 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2008.12.31>
