Act on the Establishment and Operation of Executive Agencies, Article 10 (Basic Operating Regulations)

① 기관장은 법령에서 정하는 범위에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 소속책임운영기관의 조직 및 운영에 관한 기본운영규정(이하 "기본운영규정"이라 한다)을 제정하여야 한다. <개정 2015.8.11>

1. 소관 업무 및 그 집행절차에 관한 기본적인 사항

② 기관장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 미리 소속중앙행정기관의 장의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2015.8.11>

1. 제1항에 따른 기본운영규정을 제정하는 경우

③ 기관장은 기본운영규정을 개정한 경우 소속중앙행정기관의 장에게 그 내용을 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 제2항제2호의 규정에 따라 소속중앙행정기관의 장의 승인을 받은 경우는 제외한다. <개정 2015.8.11>
