채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제577조(복권신청에 관한 이의)

①파산채권자는 제576조의 규정에 의한 공고가 있은 날부터 3월 이내에 복권의 신청에 관하여 법원에 이의를 신청할 수 있다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 이의신청이 있는 때에는 법원은 파산선고를 받은 채무자와 이의를 신청한 파산채권자의 의견을 들어야 한다.
