Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 458 (Determination of Claims)
채권조사기일에 파산관재인 및 파산채권자의 이의가 없는 때에는 다음 각호의 사항이 확정된다.
Where neither the bankruptcy trustee nor any bankruptcy creditor raises an objection on the date for investigation of claims, the following matters shall become final:
1. 채권액
1. The amount of the claim;
2. 우선권
2. Priority;
3. 제446조제1항 각호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 청구권의 구분
3. The classification of claims falling under any subparagraph of Article 446 (1).
