Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 438 (Heir's Creditors)
상속재산에 대하여 파산선고가 있는 때에는 상속인의 채권자는 그 파산재단에 대하여 파산채권자로서 그 권리를 행사할 수 없다.
When bankruptcy is declared with respect to inherited property, the heir's creditors may not exercise rights as bankruptcy creditors against that bankruptcy estate.
