채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제324조(책임제한절차의 정지명령)

①법원은 파산신청이 있는 경우 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 이해관계인의 신청에 의하거나 직권으로 파산신청에 대한 결정이 있을 때까지 「상법」 제5편(해상) 및 「선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률」에 의한 책임제한절차(이하 이 조, 제326조 및 제327조에서 "책임제한절차"라 한다)의 정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 책임제한절차개시의 결정이 있는 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

②법원은 제1항의 규정에 의한 정지결정을 취소할 수 있다.
