제317조의 규정은 파산절차의 비용을 충당하기에 충분한 금액을 미리 납부한 때에는 적용하지 아니한다.
Article 317 shall not apply where an amount sufficient to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings has been paid in advance.
