채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제122조(계속적 급부를 목적으로 하는 쌍무계약)

①채무자에 대하여 계속적 공급의무를 부담하는 쌍무계약의 상대방은 회생절차개시신청 전의 공급으로 발생한 회생채권 또는 회생담보권을 변제하지 아니함을 이유로 회생절차개시신청 후 그 의무의 이행을 거부할 수 없다.
