Act on Development of the Tea Industry and Promotion of Tea Culture, Article 16 (Succession and Development of Tea Culture)
국가와 지방자치단체는 차문화를 계승ㆍ발전시키기 위하여 차문화의 보급ㆍ지도 등 필요한 시책을 수립ㆍ시행할 수 있다.
The State and local governments may formulate and implement necessary policies, such as dissemination and guidance on tea culture, to pass on and develop tea culture.
